Creamy white sauce pasta

 White sauce  made from butter, milk and all purpose flour (maida),  White Pasta is also extremely simple to make and takes only 15-17 minutes; prepare lightly spiced aromatic fresh white sauce, stir-fry the veggies, boil the pasta, and mix them all. Ingredients: 3/4 cup Penne Pasta or any Pasta 1/2 teaspoon Salt 4-5 cups Water For White Sauce: 1½ tablespoons Butter 1½ tablespoons Maida (all purpose flour) 1½ cups Milk (250 ml) 1/4 teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes A pinch of Black Pepper Powder  Preparing white sauce: Salt to taste Heat a saucepan. Keep the flame to a low and add 2 tablespoons butter. When the butter melts and starts to bubble, then add 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour. Using a wired whisk, stir the flour quickly as soon as you add it. Keep on stirring so that no lumps are formed. Indian style Masala pasta

 Simple, classic pasta recipes are always a crowd pleaser and naturally budget friendly. Plus, with so many specialty-diet-friendly pastas on the market today, pasta is even more versatile than ever . Today I make Indian masala pasta. Let's learn how it's make. Ingredients ▢1 cup penne pasta (or any pasta) ▢water to boil ▢½ tsp salt other ingredients: ▢1 tsp oil ▢1 tsp butter ▢2 clove garlic (finely chopped) ▢1 inch ginger (finely chopped) ▢½ onion (finely chopped) ▢1 cup tomato pulp ▢¼ tsp turmeric / haldi ▢½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder ▢2 tbsp tomato sauce ▢½ tsp garam masala ▢½ tsp salt ▢2 tbsp corn ▢¼ capsicum (finely chopped) ▢¼ carrot (finely chopped) ▢2 tbsp peas / matar ▢7 florets broccoli ▢3 tbsp water ▢½ tsp mixed herbs  How to make pasta: Cook pasta: Heat 4 cups water along with ½ teaspoon salt till it comes to a boil. Chicken noodles cookwithrm

  Ingredients:  Chicken Noodle  Garlic ( chopped) Capsicum  ( chopped) Carrots  ( chopped) Spring onion  ( chopped) Broccoli Soya sauce Green chilli sauce Red chilli sauce Egg Oil  salt to taste Instructions:  Cut chicken to thin strips or bite sized pieces. Marinate this well. Bring 2 to 2.5 liters of water to a boil in a large pot. Boil the noodles until al dente. When done drain them to a colander immediately. Add 1 tbsp oil to a wok. Fry the chicken until completely cooked. Heat a pan and add oil, add chopped garlic, add spring onions, broccoli, capsicum, carrot, salt to taste  if you like and stir fry it well. Later, add an egg in the same wok, let it scramble and then add soya sauce,  green chilli sauces, red chilli sauce and add the chicken, boiled noodles.  Serve hot with Schezwan sauce.

Pani puri water and ragra

 In the previous recipes, I told you how to make Puri, today I will tell you how to make Panipuri water and ragra. More people like to eat Panipuri. Its sour sweet taste is liked by many people. Ingredients: For panipuri water:  Few coriander leaves Few mint leaves tamarind or raw mango 2 green chilli 1 inch ginger Salt as taste Jaljeera powder or pani puri masala  Some Water  Ingredients for ragra:  1 cup dried peas ( vatana) 1 potato Turmeric  Salt as taste How to make panipuri ppani: Make a paste by grinding all the spices properly and then add as much water as you want and then filter the water in a sieve. And keep in the fridge to cool down.  Now put Vatana and Potato in the cooker, add salt and a pinch of turmeric on the cooker and keep it on medium flame.  And boiled. Now enjoy panipuri with save and chopped onions.

Home made puris of pani puri

  Pani Puri or golgappa is hands down my favorite Indian street food, followed by dahi puri, sev puri and much more actually. And now I’ve mastered the art of making some at home.          PURI INGREDIENTS Fine semolina, flour, and salt are the main ingredients to make this crispy puri for paani puri. I’ve tried various combinations of making this puri. You can also make maida puri with maida or atta golgappa with wheat flour or a mix of rava and maida or rava and atta. Ingredients 1/2 kg boneless chicken cubes 1 and 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic-green chillies paste 1 tsp garam masala powder 1 tsp red chilli sauce 1 tsp schezwan chutney 1 tsp cornflour 1 tsp maida/ flour 1 egg Red food colour- 1/2 tsp 1 tsp white pepper powder 3 cubes of cheese, grated Bread crumbs- 1 bowl Semolina- 1 bowl Milk- 200 gms Butter- 1 Maida/ Flour- 2 tbsp Salt to taste Pepper powder- 1 tsp Oil for frying Green onions to garnish.
