Mutton malai boti
Malai' means cream and 'boti' means a piece of mutton. This dish is known for its creamy, melt-in-the-mouth texture. Make them into paratha rolls or just dip them in chutney or ketchup.
Ingredients:
Lamb meat (boneless 1/2 kg)
Papaya paste (1/2 tsp)
Yogurt (1/2 cup)
Cream (1/2 cup)
Lemon juice ( 2 tbls)
Ginger 1 inch
Garlic (7/8 cloves)
Coriander leaves (1/2 cup)
Green chili's 6/7
Roasted cumin seeds
Black paper
5 tsp oil
Instructions:
Put all the above ingredients in a mixer jar .
and grind them.
Cut lamb meat into cubes and wash thoroughly.
In a bowl put the ground paste add cubes of meat and mixwell.
Marinate this for 4-5 hours.
Thread meat in skewers. Keep them on oven tray.
Bake in a preheated oven on 175 C for 30 minutes.
Malai boti is ready to serve.
