Chicken Hungama Masala is a a flavourful South Indian curry. The curry is made by using various ingredients like hung curd, whipped cream, garlic, meat masala.
- 250 grams chicken wings
- 150 grams hung curd
- 10 grams whipping cream
- 1 1/2 halved tomato
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 pounds garlic paste
- 2 tablespoon butter
- meat masala as required For Tempering
- 1 1/2 chopped green chillies
- 8 curry leaves.
- Instructions:
To prepare this scrumptious dish, first, take a blending jar and add tomatoes, hung curd, whipped cream, meat masala in it. Grind the mixture well until you get a coarse paste and keep aside.
Now, take a large sized deep-bottomed pan and place it on medium flame. Then, add butter, ginger paste, garlic paste in it and saute for a while. After that, add the above prepared mixture in it and mix well. Also, add salt and pepper as required and cook for next 10 minutes. Then, add chicken pieces in the pan and then cook until the meat becomes soft and tender. Once cooked, transfer it to a serving bowl and keep aside for a while.
To prepare the tampering, take another small sized non-stick pan and place it on medium flame. Then, pour some oil in it along with curry leaves and green chillies. Let them cook for a while and then turn of the flame.
Lastly, pour the tampering in the serving bowl and serve hot.
