Easy chicken fry
Easy chicken fry recipe: a simple and basic recipe for making chicken fry using chicken pieces and spices. There are probably thousands of different variations to an easy chicken fry recipe including what you can add to the marinade, the quantity of spices, whether you use pepper powder or not, etc.
When I went to keep the marinated chicken in the fridge, I saw chilli sauce kept in the fridge, so I thought let's try something new today.
So just I added 1 tsp Green Chilli Sauce, 1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce, 1 tsp SoySoya Sauce and 1 tsp Scehzwan Sauce.
Believe me, the fry became very tasty, my husband started asking as soon as he ate the fry, today's recipe was made by asking who. you must try it too.
Ingredients:
500 grm chiken breast pieces
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 /2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp black papper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1tsp red chilli sauce
1 tsp green chilli sauce
1 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp scehzwan sauce
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Instructions:
wash the chicken thoroughly.
Now we have to add salt to it then turmeric, ginger garlic paste and red chilli powder, Dhanya powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder.
And mix well.
Now add Green Chilli Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, Soy Sauce.
And mix well.
Now keep the marinated chicken in the fridge for 1 hour.
After an hour the chicken was taken out of the fridge.
Put some oil in the pan and when the oil is hot, put the chicken pieces in the oil.
keep the flame low to medium.
after 5 to 6 minutes the chicken turn to another side.
Turn the chicken back once more time after 5 to 7 minutes.
Switch off the flame after it is completely cooked from both the sides.
Chicken fry is ready to serve.
